Para-aramid filament

The full name of para-aramid is poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide), which is a kind of aromatic polyamide fiber. The English name is poly-p-phenylene terephthamide, referred to as PPTA, and our country is also called aramid-II or aramid 1414. It is a linear macromolecule composed of amide groups connected to each other in the para-benzene ring, wherein at least 85% of the amide bonds are directly connected between the para-benzene rings.

High-performance para-aramid paper is a high-performance material prepared by modern papermaking wet papermaking and hot-press molding process, which is based on para-aramid nanofibers and reinforced by short-cut fibers.

Para-aramid nanofibers

Para-aramid nanofibers have a diameter of 10 ~ 100nm and an aspect ratio of about 3000. In addition to high strength and high modulus, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., they have large specific surface area, high surface energy, and good dispersion. Good, high water retention rate and excellent flame retardant performance. In addition, the aramid nanofibers have dense film formation, good dimensional stability, good insulation, and can form a uniform suspension with water and some organic solvents, which is easy to spray.
